Rebates and Incentive payments
Up to $3500 in solar hot water rebates available
Generous Government rebates and incentive payments are available for installing a solar water heater in Victoria.
The total value of rebates can be up to $3500 for replacing an existing hot water system or up to $960 for installing solar water heating in a new home.
There are 4 schemes operating in Victoria. Your eligibility depends upon the system being installed, whether it replaces a gas or electric system, the location of the home and a number of other variables.
